What the check asks

The check asks 3 questions, for example: Where are you applying from, Do you already hold H-2 work-and-visit status, Which procedure are you doing. Your answers are never stored.

Documents a result can list

The result lists the documents for your route. Depending on your answers, they include:

• Application form, passport, a standard photo and the fee
• Korean language ability evidence
• Overseas criminal record certificate
• Copy of the special employment permit confirmation
• Copy of the standard labour contract
• Copy of the employer's business registration certificate
• Registration application form, passport, one colour photo, and the fee
• Early-adaptation programme completion certificate
• Overseas criminal record certificate (registration filing)
• Employment Ministry confirmation extending the work-activity period
