English Language Professor, Non-Tenure-Track (Housing Support About ₩560,000 a Month) — Pusan National University (Busan)

Pusan National University is hiring an English language professor in its Department of Global Studies. The housing support is set out in figures, which is rare, and the contract can be renewed without a stated limit.

■ Duties
- Teaching 12 to 18 credit hours a semester, with extra pay for anything above 12.
- Possibly one or two conversation classes during the winter and summer breaks.
- Taking part in department activities.

■ Who can apply
- A master's, PhD or EdD. Preference goes to majors in English, English Education, Education, Linguistics or TESOL. At least two years of teaching experience is required. There is no nationality restriction. The notice states that insurance is optional for E-1 and E-2 visa holders and required for F-2 and F-5 holders.

■ Terms
- A one-year contract starting 1 March 2027, renewable, and the notice says there is currently no limit on renewals. Salary is set according to experience and qualifications.
- Housing: a room at Sangnam International House costs 660,000 won a month and the university contributes 560,000 won of that, with the tenant paying utilities. A room at Ungbigwan Dormitory costs 600,000 won with 500,000 won contributed. If you live off campus, the housing allowance is up to 300,000 won a month.
