Teachers: meet the union over tacos in Itaewon this Saturday

The KGLU Native Teachers' Union (Seoul Branch) is holding an open afternoon at Taco Amigo in Itaewon on Saturday 31 October, 15:00 to 17:00. Union representatives will be there to explain what the union does, what it has won for foreign teachers in Korea, and how to join.

Good to know

• Free, no sign-up. Drop in any time in those two hours.
• Bring a can of food: the union is collecting for the Foreigner Virtual Community Center.
• Buy a drink or a taco to support the venue. Taco Amigo is at 13 Hoenamu-ro, near Noksapyeong Station (Line 6, exit 2).
• It is Halloween weekend, so expect costumes, and the venue carries on into the evening.

Who it is for: foreign-language teachers first, but anyone curious about workplace rights in Korea is welcome to come by and ask.
