What do I need?

• Official English test score: TOEFL iBT 71, IELTS 5.5 or NEW TEPS 326 (not needed from countries where English is the native language)
• Original bank balance certificate: at least 20,000,000 won (10,000,000 won for graduates of Ajou's Korean language course)
• If you are admitted as an expected graduate, post your original graduation certificate and final transcript, apostilled or consular-legalised with a notarised translation, to arrive by 22 January 2027, or the admission may be cancelled

All requirements

• Both the applicant and both parents must be non-Korean citizens
• Finished high school, or holds an equivalent qualification
• English: TOEFL iBT 71, IELTS 5.5 or NEW TEPS 326, valid at the application deadline
• A bank balance certificate of at least 20,000,000 won (10,000,000 won if you finished Ajou's own Korean language course, with its papers)
• Selection is on your documents, then an interview for those who pass
• No English score is needed if English is a native language of your country. If it is an official language, send proof your secondary school taught in English
• To graduate you need IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 71 or a similar English score
• You may apply to the Korean track or the English track, not both; a double application is cancelled automatically
