What do I need?

• Application form (form 1) with a 3.5 x 4.5 cm photo on a white background, original
• Passport copy; alien registration card copy if you hold one
• High school graduation (or expected) certificate and full high school transcript, originals, notarised: apostille, or Korean consular (or your embassy's) confirmation, or a national education-ministry certification; within 6 months
• Family relation proof, original, notarised: a foreign government certificate equal to the Korean family relation certificate, or proof of foreign nationality (copies of your parents' citizenship papers or passports)
• Financial proof, original: your own bank balance certificate if you are the guarantor; if not, add the guarantor's income or employment certificate (bank figures in the notes)
• English score certificate, original: TOEFL 530, CBT 197, IBT 71, IELTS 5.5, CERF B2 or TEPS 600 (NEW TEPS 326), one of them
• Self-introduction (form 2) and study plan (form 3), originals, in Korean, one page each

BANK BALANCE: 8,000,000 won for applicants in Korea, 16,000,000 won for applicants abroad, kept 3 months or more, issued within 1 month. In your name if you are the guarantor; otherwise the guarantor's with income or job proof.

Applicants living in Korea file the visa-change papers by 8 December 2026, 16:00: the application (printed "별첨서식 3"; the guide's integrated form 통합신청서 is form 5) with a photo, passport and alien card originals, proof of address, the school papers again, any Korean course papers, bank proof with a remittance confirmation.

Visa-change fee, as printed: 60,000 won if your current status is D-2; 135,000 won for any other status. The Daegu immigration office may ask for more papers.

Application fee 30,000 won. Results 1 December 2026; registration (등록기간) 1 to 8 December, 23:00, by virtual account. The guide prints no tuition figure.

Dormitory (office page, 2026 first semester): Hanul Hall (women) and Hanbit Hall (men and women), 1,957,680 won a semester with two meals a day (management 1,085,680 + meals 872,000). Double rooms. Vacation stays cost extra.

All requirements

• You are a foreign national and BOTH parents are foreign nationals, and all of you took foreign nationality before you began schooling at Korean high-school level. Dual nationals and stateless persons do not count as foreigners
• Schooling: a high school graduation (or expected) certificate and the full high school transcript are required. School-leaving exams and homeschooling are not mentioned in the guide
• ENGLISH (one of): TOEFL 530, CBT 197, IBT 71, IELTS 5.5, CERF B2 (as printed), TEPS 600 points (NEW TEPS 326). The guide prints the old TOEFL iBT scale only, not the 1 to 6 scale of tests from 20 January 2026: ask which it takes
• Exempt, as printed: a student holding the nationality of a native-English country, or who finished secondary or higher education in one, files proof of that schooling. The seven countries: "미국, 영국, 캐나다, 남아공, 뉴질랜드, 호주, 아일랜드"
• In English: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland
• KOREAN: no Korean requirement is printed in this guide (English track only). The Fall 2026 guide had a Korean track; the Spring 2027 Korean-track guide was not posted on 30 October 2026
• Selection: documents only, 100 points: self-introduction 50 and study plan 50, each graded A 50, B 46, C 40, D 30. Applicants graded D in every area may fail. No interview
• Both statements are written in Korean, one page each (forms 2 and 3). Places are printed as "00명" (not numbered), outside the quota (정원 외)
• TUITION: the guide prints no tuition table and no entrance fee, and no undergraduate tuition figure is on the school's pages. Ask the admissions team (+82-53-819-1703) before you budget
• Application fee 30,000 won. No exceptions printed. Papers and fee are not returned (the original graduation certificate is returned after the selection)
• Not registering inside the registration window cancels the admission; so does a refused or missing visa. Waiting-list applicants must stay reachable for later offers
• To give up after registering: form 4 (등록포기각서) with an ID copy and a copy of the bank book for the refund, by 19 February 2027 (fax +82-53-819-1254, then call 1703). After the semester starts, refund shares follow school rule 46
• The school's 2026-27 academic calendar prints the general 2027-1 tuition window 22 to 24 February 2027 and the entrance ceremony 25 February; new entrants register in December (above). No class start date is printed
