Official figures from the source page on the date checked. Estimates are Waegook's. Unknown is shown as not published, never as zero.
What do I need?
- Application form; two photos 3 x 4 cm on a white background; passport copy; ARC copy if you hold one
- Final diploma copy (China except Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau: CHSI report; others: apostille or consular legalisation, needed only for D-4 applicants); final transcript for D-4-1 applicants
- National Health Insurance eligibility record if applicable; a guarantor letter only if asked (the guarantor: a Korean national aged 20 or over, living and working in Korea)
THE BANK BALANCE FOR D-4-1 IS 10,000,000 WON: an original statement issued within 30 days, brought with you and filed after entry. A parent's statement needs a family relation certificate.
Cheonan: tuition 1,250,000 won a term plus a 100,000 won application fee; textbooks bought separately. Language-student dormitory rooms are for two terms (about 6 months) at a time. Office +82-41-550-1074 or 1075.

All requirements
- High-school graduate or equivalent. Apply online (eformsign, with the documents uploaded) or e-mail the Word form to [email protected]; results 1 to 2 weeks after the window closes, then pay and the certificate of admission follows
- D-4-1 needs at least two terms registered (the FAQ says consecutive), and nationals of some countries named by the Ministry of Justice must register four at once. Up to 2 years; extensions need 70% attendance
- One term only: C-3-1 (90 days, no extension, no certificate of admission). D-4 students must join a 6-month international student group insurance (58,000 won for the 6 months)
- Refunds: 100% before the term; 80% on days 1 to 8; 65% on days 9 to 17; 50% on days 18 to 25; nothing from day 26
- Level 3 here (or a level 4 transcript) meets the Korean rule for a Dankook degree and earns 20% off the first degree semester plus the dormitory fee
- Awards each term: overall 1st 50% off the next term, 2nd 30%, class 1st 20%. Discounts: Dankook graduate students 50%, family registering together 10%, Dankook graduates 10%
- One calendar is printed for the course; the dormitory is optional and no fee is printed on the course pages
