What do I need?
- Application form, passport copy and photo
- Final graduation certificate (a copy if no visa is needed; an apostilled or consular-confirmed English version for the D-4)
- D-4, OECD countries, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore: financial proof and a CV if you graduated two or more years ago
- D-4, other countries: transcript, birth certificate, family relationship certificate, parents' employment and income proof (all apostilled or consular-confirmed), financial proof, and a gap explanation if you graduated a year or more ago
THE BANK BALANCE IS 10,000,000 WON: OECD applicants a one-year statement or certificate in your or a parent's name; other applicants a certificate in your own name, issued within a month of the visa request and frozen until 15 days after the course.
Application fee 100,000 won, not refunded. Tuition 1,800,000 a term includes textbooks, culture activities and group insurance.
Dormitory: Namsan Hall on campus, double rooms only, about 1,180,000 won for three months (Spring 2026 actual: 1,217,680 with a 50,000 facility fee); 44 places, apply about six weeks before the term.

- Foreigners and overseas Koreans who finished high school
- D-4 applicants apply up to four weeks before the term (the visa deadline on the calendar), others up to two weeks before
- THE STANDARD ADMISSION LETTER IS ISSUED ONLY WHEN TWO TERMS OR MORE ARE PAID AT ONCE. You apply for the D-4 in person at the Korean mission; the number of terms and papers vary by country
- If you do not register the next term your D-4 is cancelled 14 days after the term ends, whatever the card says. Transfers to another school on a D-4 are not allowed
- Four terms here with level 3 meet the Korean rule for Dongguk undergraduate admission; two terms earn a 300,000 won admission award
- Top student in each level gets 30% off the next term, second 10%. Refunds follow the Lifelong Education Act
