All requirements
- You are a foreign national and BOTH parents are foreign nationals. If you became foreign by changing nationality later, you cannot apply. Dual nationals cannot apply
- WHO: graduates (or expected graduates) of a 3-year junior college in China (중국 전문대학(3년제)), entering year 4 as transfers. The guide opens this course to them only
- No language requirement is printed for this course ("별도의 어학능력 기준 없음"), and no language paper is needed
- The guide names it a bilingual course (Chinese), so classes are in Korean and Chinese (our reading of the name; the split between them is not printed). The video interview is answered in Chinese
- The TOPIK 4 graduation rule does not apply to this course (guide notes)
- Transfers may not graduate within the normal time if earlier credits are not recognised or the department sets extra required courses (guide notes)
- Selection: documents 100%, judged on study ability and language ability together; the pass mark is 60 points. The review may be held online if needed
- INTERVIEW = A VIDEO you record and upload with the online application: three set questions (why you apply, study plan, free speech), at most 3 minutes and 100MB, your face and upper body visible, no mask or hat
- Say each question number, then answer it; one continuous video, not edited, file named with your own name. A video not uploaded in the application window, not your own (proxy testing) or that cannot be heard fails
- Apply online on the OIA site (oia.jj.ac.kr, "지원하기"). The fee is not refunded after you apply, and the application cannot be changed or cancelled
- Papers go in person (Global Education Center room 202), by courier or by post, and must ARRIVE by the deadline. E-mail is not accepted. Papers are not returned
- Every paper must be issued or notarised within 1 year of the deadline, on A4. Papers not in Korean or English need a notarised English translation
- An expected graduate who has not graduated before entry loses the admission, and must file the final certificate with consular confirmation or apostille and the final transcript
- A study visa refused by the Ministry of Justice cancels the admission. More papers may be asked for the admission letter or the visa
- The schedule may change; extra rounds may be held and posted on the OIA site. The Korean guide is the one used here (the English version differs in places)
