All requirements
- You and both parents hold non-Korean nationality, from before you started the equivalent of Korean high school. Dual nationals with Korean citizenship cannot apply
- You finish high school by February 2027 for spring, or August 2027 for fall. Home schooling, online or adult education and exams such as the GED are NOT accepted
- MOST CLASSES ARE IN KOREAN, with some in English. You need TOPIK 4 to graduate
- Everyone has an online interview by Zoom, on your Korean, basic knowledge of the subject and general ability. The result is eligible or ineligible
- If you pass the interview: a bank balance of 16,000,000 won or more in your or a parent's name, issued within 30 days, due by 18 December 2026. Living in Korea on an alien registration card? It must be your own Korean account
- First-semester scholarship by TOPIK: level 3 waives Tuition Fee 1 (20% of tuition), level 4 half of Tuition Fee 2 (40%), level 5 all of Tuition Fee 2 (80%), level 6 everything
