What do I need?
- Online application
- Passport copy
- Graduation certificate with an apostille or consular confirmation
- Bank certificate of 10,000,000 won or more issued within 30 days (mainland China: held nine months or more)
- Family relationship document plus a parent's employment or income proof: for the 21 designated countries, or when the bank account is not yours
- Tuberculosis and measles vaccination records in English
THE BANK BALANCE IS 10,000,000 WON, issued within 30 days.
Application fee 120,000 won, paid once, from the Fall 2026 term (90,000 a term before). Not refunded.
IIE dormitory from Fall 2026, per ten-week term: Changdeokan single 2,450,000, double 1,450,000; Richville single 2,100,000 won. No refund for early check-out.

All requirements
- Foreign nationals and overseas Koreans who finished high school; expected graduates cannot apply. One page says no age limit, another 18 and older
- A GED, homeschooling or a provisional graduation certificate is not accepted
- FOR A D-4-1 VISA YOU REGISTER FOR TWO TERMS AT LEAST
- Screening takes one to two weeks; the Certificate of Admission comes one to two weeks after tuition is paid
- Finishing intermediate 2 here counts as the Korean requirement for Kyung Hee undergraduate admission (valid two years)
