What do I need?
- Admission application in English and two photos, 3 by 4 cm
- Personal statement and study plan on one A4 page, in Korean or English
- Passport copy and ID copy
- Final academic transcript, original plus a notarised English translation
- Bank balance certificate of USD 10,000 or more

Application fee 80,000 won, not refunded. Full tuition refund before the course starts.
Dormitory: ask the centre by e-mail before applying; no price is published.

All requirements
- THE SAME INSTITUTE RUNS TWO SEOUL COURSES. This one (the Korean Language Center, klc.khu.ac.kr) costs 1,610,000 a term; the 200-hour on-campus course on iie.khu.ac.kr costs 1,850,000 and follows a different calendar
- Foreign nationals whose parents are both foreign, with a high school diploma or higher
- FOR A LANGUAGE VISA YOU PAY FOR TWO COURSES AT ONCE; the standard admission letter is issued right after the payment clears (one to two weeks)
- Special classes, one per term: vocabulary and grammar, speaking, media Korean, report writing or personal statement preparation
- Screening takes one to two weeks; tuition is paid on an invoice after acceptance, in your own name
