What do I need?
- Application form (institute form, from the forms page); passport copy; your ID copy; 3 passport photos 3.5 x 4.5 cm with your Korean and English name on the back
- Final school graduation certificate original and transcript original
- Bank balance certificate original, USD 10,000 or more (see notes)
- Parents' certificate of employment and income certificate originals (or a guarantee letter if you cannot file them); parents' ID copies. Chinese students add a hukou copy
BANK BALANCE USD 10,000 OR MORE (Korean page, printed in US dollars). The English page says USD 9,000 held for more than six months; both pages are undated and the Korean one is followed.
Exam fee 50,000 won; tuition 1,270,000 won a term (2026 rate). Pay both together after acceptance, by bank transfer in the student's own name to the account printed on the page; transfer charges are yours; fax the receipt.
If someone else pays, fax the receipt at once with a paper that links the payment to you (as printed).
Refunds follow the institute's own rules and take some days; abroad, give full bank details.
Dormitory: the institute's life page shows an old 2021 price only. The 2027 Cheonan undergraduate guide prints the off-campus Dongbo hall at 400,000 won a semester plus a 200,000 deposit (double room); ask the institute what applies to you.
