What you pay

What do I need?

• Passport copy and ID photo
• Final graduation certificate, original, apostilled or consular-certified, with a notarised translation, within six months
• Final transcript with the same certification
• Bank balance certificate issued within a month of the application
• Parents' employment and income certificates
• No D-4 needed? Only passport, photo and your visa confirmation or residence card

THE BANK BALANCE IS OVER 10,000,000 WON, issued within a month of the application (the Chinese-language block asks for USD 10,000).

Application fee 100,000 won, paid with the tuition on final acceptance.

Dormitory: four-person room 750,000 won a term, new students only, one term, first come first served.

TOPIK II preparation course, three weeks, 100,000 won, refunded at 80% attendance.

All requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• ROLLING ADMISSION: no fixed deadline. Apply at least two months before the term: screening in about a week, interview, invoice, payment, then the admission letter about four weeks after you applied
• If you do not enter Korea by the second Thursday of the term, admission is cancelled (you may defer one term or ask for a refund)
• Two terms here to the required level replace a TOPIK score for a Sejong degree; the prep course takes students with no score at all
• Prep-course completers get a full first semester and the entrance fee waived on a Sejong degree; other completers 500,000 to 1,000,000 won by terms completed
• Centre awards each term: 1,650,000 won for the top student, 500,000 for the top of each level, 100,000 for the top of each class
