Tuition figures: 1,300,000 won a term (5,200,000 won a year) on plan p.7; the cost table on p.13 bills 2,600,000 won (two terms at 1,300,000) before the visa, labelled "4 semesters (2026. 06. 15. ~ 2026. 11. 30.)". Same dated plan; ask the office.
Refund rules (p.12): a first-time D-4 student from China cannot cancel "처음 등록한 두 학기" (the first two terms registered); the remaining prepaid terms are refunded if you enter the degree course or go home.
Airport: bus 7000 to Ansan, about 100 minutes, 8,000 won (may change); group pick-up for 10 or more at cost.
DORMITORY: no dormitory fee is printed in the plan or anywhere on the school's sites.

All requirements
- WHO: high school graduates or higher (final acceptance after review); holders of a D-4 study visa or an F residence visa (2026 plan). The plan says a D-4 is needed for the course
- 2026 TERMS (printed as 10 weeks, make-up week included): spring 16 March to 29 May; summer 22 June to 4 September; fall 12 October to 4 December (8 weeks as dated); winter 21 December 2026 to 5 March 2027. Dates may change
- NO APPLICATION WINDOWS or 2027 terms are printed, and no minimum number of terms as a rule (the cost table bills two). The plan gives the steps only: papers by post, review, result and invoice, tuition, visa paper, visa, entry, orientation
- Classes Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week, 200 hours a term, morning or afternoon class; levels 1 to 4, textbook Seoul National University Korean; culture classes and trips each term
- TUITION: "등록금 (1년) : 5,200,000원(학기당 1,300,000원 × 4학기)", adjusted each spring and re-billed if you prepaid. The plan's cost table (비용) bills new students 2,600,000 won of tuition, two terms at 1,300,000, before the visa
- That table labels the 2,600,000 won "4 semesters (2026. 06. 15. ~ 2026. 11. 30.)", dates that run from just before the summer term to just before the fall term ends: ask the office how many terms the payment buys before you send it
- Other costs in that table: application fee 50,000 won (non-refundable), culture programme 300,000 won, insurance 100,000 won for 1 year; printed total 3,050,000 won, paid before the visa. Off-campus culture trips may cost extra
- Steps by nationality (plan p.7): 중국, 몽골, 우즈베키스탄, 베트남 get a visa issuance number via Ansan immigration; others apply at the Korean consulate with the admission letter and tuition receipt; residents in Korea see the office first
- Plan p.7 puts a paper review and an interview before tuition for applicants abroad. After buying your flight, send the office your name, sex, flight number and departure and arrival times
- Promotion needs 70% attendance and a test score of 70 or more; under 70% attendance the visa extension is refused. Three late arrivals count as one absence. Tests 80% (mid-term and final), class work 20%
- Part-time work: from 6 months after entry, with TOPIK 2 or higher and 70% attendance, after immigration permission. Insurance up to 100,000 won a year; National Health Insurance later
- As printed, working without permission costs a 2,000,000 won fine the first time and removal from Korea the second time. Apply to extend your stay before it ends; a late application is fined
- Refund (plan): visa refused, 100% minus the application fee; own cancellation after the visa: 90% of tuition a week before opening, 80% within a week after, 50% within two weeks, nothing after
- A visa-refusal refund needs the consulate's confirmation that no visa was issued; charges are yours. Send the refund form, a bank book copy and your passport or alien card by visit or e-mail; it takes 1 to 2 weeks
- As printed: "중국 학생 중 D-4 비자를 처음으로 발급 받은 신규생일 경우, 처음 등록한 두 학기에 대해서는 취소 신청이 불가하다" (first-time D-4 students from China cannot cancel the first two registered terms)
- Trainee awards each term (plan p.9): best grades 200,000 won, good grades 100,000; perfect attendance 50,000; model student 100,000; special award 50,000
- Also (plan p.9): TOPIK 3 earned 300,000 won; TOPIK 2 200,000 won; an entry grant of 500,000 won for those who go on to a Shin Ansan degree. The same table on p.6 prints the model award as 50,000 won and the entry grant as 300,000 won
- Going on to a degree: the plan says TOPIK 2 or higher is needed to enter a Korean university. The Spring 2027 Korean-track degree guide asks this course's completers for a 10,000,000 won bank balance instead of 20,000,000
- DORMITORY: no fee is printed; the plan only says trainees who live in a dormitory must follow its rules
