What do I need?
- Application form and study plan; passport copy; alien registration card copy if you hold one; three 4 x 5 cm photos
- Final school certificate with an apostille or consular confirmation (China: CHSI) and a notarised translated transcript
- Parents' nationality proof and a family relationship document
- Bank balance certificate original and a health certificate with a tuberculosis test
THE BANK BALANCE IS USD 8,000 OR MORE in your or a parent's name, with at least three months of the deposit term left, filed with the application (the brochure says 8,000,000 won; the guide is newer).
Application fee 70,000 won to Busan Bank 101-2083-6095-09 (Silla University).
An expected-graduation certificate must be replaced by the graduation certificate before the term starts, or the admission may be cancelled.
Dormitory for 16 weeks, may change (brochure): Baekyang Hall two-person 690,000 won, four-person 445,000, no meals or kitchen; Global Town two-person 1,190,000, four-person 1,124,000, with a compulsory 7 meals a week (breakfast, dinner).

All requirements
- A high school graduate or higher. Korean nationals and people already in Korea on a higher visa have no restriction
- THE FALL 2026 GUIDE IS THE NEWEST: its window (4 to 29 May 2026) is closed. No Spring 2027 guide was posted by 1 October 2026; the brochure says March-term applications usually run 1 to 30 November of the year before
- Fall 2026 term: 1 September 2026 to 22 January 2027, 400 hours (5 days a week, 4 hours a day). Spring terms run early March to mid July, fall terms early September to mid January
- A year of continuous study here plus the Silla Korean test replaces TOPIK 3 for a Silla degree. Finishing the Fall 2026 term and entering the International College or Global Engineering in Spring 2027 earns 200,000 or 1,000,000 won
- Refunds after the start: three quarters up to 100 hours, half up to 200 hours, a quarter up to 300 hours, nothing after
- The guide and brochure print no D-4 minimum-term rule. The university's scholarships are not available for language courses (English guide)
