All requirements
- You and both your parents are foreign nationals, or you did all of school and university outside Korea
- Korean: TOPIK level 3 or above, the internet-based test included
- Or: Sejonghakdang Korean Intermediate I or higher
- Or: stage 3 or above of the Social Integration Program, or 61 points in the pre-evaluation
- Or: you finished secondary and higher education in Korea
- An online interview
- A Sun Moon bachelor or master exempts you from the TOPIK score when you move up a level
- Meeting the language requirement makes you eligible for the electronic visa
- This department lists TOPIK 4 in its own remarks
- A doctorate is also offered in this department
- A combined master and doctorate is also offered here, four years and no master thesis
