University of Seoul entrance scholarship for international undergraduates
Automatic with admission to a University of Seoul bachelor's degree: the top 30% of international entrants by admission score pay no first-semester tuition, and the next 20% pay half. The share is of tuition only and lasts one semester. From the second semester a grade scholarship takes over: the top 10% in each college get full tuition and the next 20% half.

- New international freshmen and transfers admitted through the 2027 guide (Spring 2027 or Fall 2027)
- The admission score comes from an overall review of all your documents, TOPIK score included. Scores are not published
- The university scholarship site (undated) words the award for international students as: a set number of students among the top 30% by grades, full or half tuition for one semester, chosen by grades, no application papers
