Capacity Building Officer, Independent Integrity Unit (Spanish or French an Advantage) — Green Climate Fund (Incheon)

The Green Climate Fund, the largest multilateral climate fund in the world, is hiring a Capacity Building Officer in its Independent Integrity Unit in Songdo. The fund says its staff of over 300 represent more than 83 nationalities.

■ Duties
- Reporting to the Integrity Risk Management Lead, and working with the unit's integrity risk specialists, outreach and communications officer and investigators.
- Preparing and delivering capacity-building activities for people inside and outside the organisation, including the learning materials.
- Organising and running workshops, proposing participants and agendas.
- Communicating with stakeholders and participants through in-person training and web materials. The Integrity Forum and the regional integrity workshops are a core part of this work.

■ Who can apply
- A master's degree in compliance, law, public administration or governance, or a bachelor's with two extra years of experience, and at least five years of relevant experience. Knowledge of integrity and anti-corruption work is required, as is international work experience in a multicultural environment. The notice states that fluency in English is required and that knowledge of another United Nations language, ideally Spanish or French, is highly desirable. It adds that applications from women and nationals of developing countries are strongly encouraged.
