Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Associate (English Only, Less Experience Considered) — Global Green Growth Institute (Seoul)

The Global Green Growth Institute is hiring a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Associate at its Seoul headquarters. Korean is not mentioned anywhere in the requirements, and the notice says candidates with less experience will still be considered if they can show the right skills.

■ Duties
- Maintaining the project monitoring, evaluation and learning plan, along with the results framework, indicators, baselines and targets.
- Coordinating results monitoring across countries.
- Verifying data and running quality checks.
- Reporting to donors and internally.
- Supporting evaluations and writing up lessons learned.

■ Who can apply
- A bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, public policy, social sciences or environmental studies, preferably with four years in monitoring, evaluation or reporting. The notice adds that candidates with less experience but demonstrated relevant skills will also be considered. Excellent written and spoken English is required.

■ Terms
- Grade G6 on the institute's national salary scale, so this is a local-hire appointment. Fifteen per cent of base pay goes towards retirement and long-term savings, with 27 days of annual leave and private health insurance including dental and vision cover. The appointment runs to 30 November 2029.
