Research Professor in Organic Chemistry (No Korean Language Requirement) — Jinju (Gyeongnam)

Gyeongsang National University's molecular control research institute in Jinju is recruiting one research professor in organic chemistry.

■ Who can apply
- A doctorate, plus two years of education or research experience, and at least one first-author or corresponding-author paper in an indexed international journal within the past three years.
- You must be willing to serve as a principal or co-investigator on a university project.
- No Korean language requirement appears anywhere in the announcement or its attachment.

■ One thing to be aware of
- Among the preferences, which are bonus points rather than requirements, is one for Korean nationals who either hold a doctorate awarded within seven years or are under forty. A foreign applicant can still apply and be appointed; they simply do not collect that particular preference point. It is not an exclusion, but it is worth knowing it is there.

- Appointment runs to 31 August 2028. Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
