University · SeoulA private university in Nowon-gu, northeast Seoul, that began in 1934 as a radio school and is strongest in electronics, IT and engineering. Undergraduate tuition runs 4,042,000 to 5,253,000 won a semester, and every new international student gets 30 to 80% off the first semester by language score. One English-track major: Semiconductor Systems Engineering.
