Step 1Log in and open Jobs. Tap "Become a job poster". You need a verified account first: email plus a Korean phone number, or verification by our team.

Step 2This is your job poster profile. It is created once and shown on every job you post, so job seekers know who is hiring.

Step 3Fill in the name of your company or agency, the type, a contact person, and a short description. The phone number and email here are private: only our team sees them. Then tap "Save poster profile" at the bottom.

Step 4Your profile is now waiting for review. Our team checks that the employer is real. This usually takes less than a day, and you get a notification when it is done.

Step 5Once verified, the Jobs page shows "Post a job". Verified posters do not wait for review again: each new job goes live the moment you submit it.

Step 6Write the job title, choose the province, and describe the work. Pay, hours, visa types and start date help seekers decide quickly. Pay cannot be below the Korean minimum wage.

Step 7Leave the link box empty and the "apply on our site" box unticked, and applications arrive on Waegook. If you prefer your own website, paste its link here and tick the box. Pick one.

Step 8Tap "Submit for review". As a verified poster you do not wait: the job is live right away and appears in Jobs, in job alerts and in the weekly jobs email.

Step 9"My jobs" lists everything you posted. The Applicants button shows how many people applied.

Step 10Each applicant comes with a profile, a cover message and any documents they attached. Reply from here and the conversation stays in Waegook, so you do not have to share your phone number until you want to.
